What they're looking for:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
* 5+ years of accounting experience
* Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs)
* Strong understanding of GAAP
* Construction accounting experience is highly preferred
* WIP experience is a plus
